Shetland hen + silverudd’s blue cross ?

Won some Shetland hen eggs, curious if Anyone ever crossed them. I have silvuedd’s and cream legbars

If you do it I'd love to see. I love the lightness of my Isbar hen, and she lays a very green egg. I would think a cross with a Silverudd Blue would look nice.

ok so.... i have some chicks. i think 7, they are too scared to come out and im not bothering them. they went off heat when i got them home, so it worked out well. hopefully they start coming out in a few days. anyone know best guess for age of knowing if they are males or females? i doubt it would be a good idea to have males with my silverudd's blue females since they will be smaller.

I had a rooster that was Isbar/blue cochin bantam/LO

well some are getting preety big, thinking at least two boys. My silverudd's blue boy are starting to crow but luckily not trying to chase hens yet. four boys a bit too many for the girls

four out of the six are males. Trying to rehome the males now. all sooooo sweet!
