James sat on a bench in the lab he had built, he was working on a new type of gun help the others in battle.

"Just a few more...adjustments...and I'll be..." A knock sounded at the door. "Come in."

Jadyn walked through the door and shut it behind herself. "Hey, bro. You almost done with the gun?"

"Just finished." He smiled "I'll test it tomorrow."

"Alright, put out the lamp and I'll see you in morning."

"Ok, see ya."

And they went to bed.

(since SCD327 hasn't been on BYC for like almost a month, I'm just going to put my form on here so I can start)

Appearance: About 6', ginger (red hair+freckles), attractive, muscular build, left eye is green as grass, the right is blue as the sky.

Personality: smart, inventive, creative, extremely talented at burglary(this is how he kept himself alive for a portion of his early teens), rough around the edges but more sensitive underneath.
Morphs: An Buff Orpington Rooster, a large otter, and a Red-tailed hawk.
Other: He was infected by the Scree fungus but was freed; as a result, he is able to automaticaly tell if someone or something has been infected by the fungus just by concentrating on them.

Somebody thought they heard something coming from the sky in the distance. Out of the blue, the sky was filled with explosions and tracer rounds. 7 enemy fighters had appeared and 6 of them were shooting at the one in front. The leader kicked his ship from side to side, dodging shot after shot after shot. Then he slamed his rudder hard left and spun the plane around and stopped it in literaly 12 feet. Then, in the middle of this flat-half-spin maneuver, he opened up on the other planes with his guns. 1 of them went down in flames, and the other 5 scattered. His plane entered a short stall but he quickly recovered. He lined up on one of the other ship's 6 o'clock and downed the plane with a quick burst. Suddenly, tracer fire enveloped his canopy; he had a Sharoni fighter right on his tail, he** bent on blowing him out of the sky! He acted instinctivly, throwing the stick hard over and causing the other plane to overshoot and zoom past; he banked back right, trying to line up a missile shot. The missile lock tone growls in his headset, the time is now; the pilot pushes the button, and fires! But technology fails him, the missile dosn't track and goes into a moon-shot. He switches back to his guns and hoses the Sharoni down with a hail of hot lead. But for every plane he downed, 2 more entered the fray. He was good, but 25-to-1 odds proved to much for him. One of the Sharoni pilots scored a lucky hit with a missile. The explosion set his engine on fire and knocked him out of control. His plane spun towards the ground in flames, but he regained enough control near the ground to level out and make his escape alive more likely. He ejected low just before the plane hit the ground and started coming apart, but the other pilots didn't see that. They just saw his plane rolling across the ground in a ball of flames. They came down and bombed the wreakage before leaving to make sure that, if hehad survived the landing but was in the aircraft, he would be dead now. The pilot waited until they were gone, then dropped down from the tree he hid in. He ran right to the Shifter's camp because he knew right what he was looking for, even with the hologram shield masking it.
 
"My name's Seth, and I've just escaped from those nasty Sharoni scum for like the 8th time in two months. I think they'll stop looking for me after that display." He could tell they didn't trust him, so he decided to prove himself right. Buff feathers started popping up from his skin. His arms became wings while his legs became bird-like. A red comb and waddles grew from his scalp and neck and a beck came from his nose. Then to top it all off, he swelled to roughly 3 times what his height had been before. He looked down at them, now a huge Buff Orpington Rooster and said <Well, convinced?>
