Jadyn nodded. "Yes, thank you." Her voice was small and scared, and she looked like she was on the verge of crying.

Gabe led her to the room where Seth was and left them alone, shutting the door behind him. Seth had heavy bandages on his head and chest, but only a few on his left arm and right leg where the worst damage had been. Also, those two limbs seemed slightly different in some way, but you almost couldn't tell anything was off.

Returning to her human form, she raised her arm and fired a glowing green projectile, like a net, at six aliens diving for James. She swung them hard sideway, trapping them in her net. "And that's how you get an alien in a net." She chuckled to no one in particular.

"James! Watch out!" She cried.

She shot another projectile directly over his head, where several aliens had almost landed on his head. The net closed around them, and she pulled it away from James.

Mali aimed her projectile, and these aliens were pushing her closer to James, yet she didn't know that. The aliens would dodge her projectiles, forcing her backward. She slammed into James, and hit the ground. She finally shot a projectile that hit, cursing.
