Why is it that everyone takes what I say the wrong way? I wasn't criticizing the horse RPs, I'm just saying there are a lot and we should try something else, too.

I think you're right about the whole "RP Trend" thing. We should try to get the largest variety of games that we can. I know, I know, I made a magical horse RP, but it's the truth.

I never said anything about criticizing. I was stating that I like all the horse RPs. Variety is good, too. I vote a prehistoric RP. Anybody got one of those or is this a new idea?

Okay, putting my 2 cents:

I've been part of BYC since there was no RPs, or at least big ones. Then came Wingclan. That changed everything, it wasn't long before there was a dozen of them, after a while the first one (wingclan) was the only one left. RP trends come and go, but good RPs last, normally they die if those people RPing have life take over. When I created the flocks the chicken RPs were losing favor due to newcomers, and those who sadly really screwed them up and sadly chased many of the old ones away. The horse ones except for the few with a strong following will die. Plain and simple.

Is it selfish for me to want mine to be that one magic RP that stays around for, like, a thousand years? Some really good RPs die off, but when they're all about the same thing, usually almost every single one dies when the next trend comes alng.
