Shipped Egg Question some one please see if you know the answer

Quote:
No, you are not wrong.....at least not to me. As a buyer of eggs I've never expected a seller to replace the eggs because they are a gamble once they're mailed, and as a seller I try and make sure those buying my eggs know what a gamble shipped eggs are. That is assuming the shipper has wrapped the eggs well.

I'm going to chime in here. i bought egg from ILOVEFRIZZLE and the box was kicked and tossed, all of the corners except for one was crushed... I thought OMG...they're ALL BROKE.... but nope...none of them...

I did have 5/6 clear at least....bought 12.... But 3 hatched. i know it's not the greatest percentage, but I didn't see any movement what so ever thoughout this whole process, so i really didn't think anything was going to develope. I candle at 7 days, left all in, i candled at 10 days, left them all in...My first hatching experience. i candled at lockdown and finally threw away the clear ones. So, i don't blame anyone....i took the chance! nuff said... whispering PO...PO...po....

ONE of the eggs came from a corner egg compartment too. and the other 2 were right next to each other 3 rd row in. I carton hatched... The third egg didn't hatch until after i took this pic, it was right behind the thermometer.

BTW... none of my Wellies hatched.... This is my last day of lockdown....

So today is day 20 and 1 hatched out and 4 more have pipped. The box was in good condition and the travel time was short. Only 1 of mine candled clear.
