Lets see how my Dr. appointment goes tomorrow. I went 130 miles this afternoon and got my white female a 4 year old. Now I have my first beautiful pair. My best laid plans is that each color freeroams together after garden season. I hope they understand what I want. I went to Park Hollow Exotics. What an awesome beautiful place, not just the peafowl everything. Beautiful flowers, fish ponds, animals, birds. My jaw is still hanging open. I could of spent the summer there. That's what I love beauty. Such a nice gentleman too.

I may have a few in a week,,since the girls went on strike 2 weeks ago that freed up a lot of bator space,,but showing them the crock pot and pressure cooker has changed their attitudes greatly this week,,so once my bator is full I may have some extra.

Kedreeva,,I have 3 OBS eggs collected,,they seem to be laying one egg a day between the two hens,,and one nite they both skipped,,tomorrow nite I should get another one,,maybe get guaranteed 2 day shipping and you would get Saturday?? Wouldn't want then stuck in the PO over the weekend,,and next week is the 4th killing mid week shipping,,,PM me your ph number please and we can chitty-chat about it

Yep, they are back to laying. I've gotten 4 since monday (but they had pricked a pinhole in one... I patched it with a dot of nail polish, but I'm not going to put it through shipping unless you are desperate) and hopefully will get a few more before I ship on monday. It was ungodly hot here today, so I took them out some bags of ice and filled their pond with it and put chips of ice under Osiris' feathers because she was being nosy. At least they are being really smart- they found a portion of their shed that has a cool air current running over it, dug a bowl, and are laying there. So even though it's really hot, the eggs are cool to the touch when I collect them after work. whew, good girls!
