This is not really a new topic but is related to the shipping. Surely it is not exhausted by these few posts.
I am new to this forum and its culture of how things are done, so please forgive me for asking a few questions. Why did this topic get 'closed'?
How does a topic get closed? It did not sound terribly inflammatory to me -- just a bit frustrating for some posters. But please understand -- not everyone understands all the issues that were or have been raised and points of clarification are appropriate.
The question I have is about "peanuts"! I have no idea what they are! Is this a term used in the US because it not a familiar term in Canada.
Or at least to me. If they are the little styrofoam pieces I think they are called "chips" here. If they are not then I would like to know the difference.
Secondly, I did raise this point in the last post but nobody responded to it -- Has anyone ever used or even heard of the new little air pillows?
I would be interested in expereinces or critique of the use of the pillows.
Thanks
Dianne
