Purely garentees correct breed with no substitutes.

But this is the second time you've you've the wrong chicks, isnt it?Here's Purely Poultrys breed garentees...Ideal doesn't have the same that I could find.
"Product Accuracy Guarantee: We guarantee products to be of the breed, variety, grade, and quality purchased. If a breed does not hatch as scheduled, we may mail a partial shipment, or reschedule your order at our discretion. We cannot process a product accuracy guarantee until adequate photo documentation is received at [email protected]. If no photo documentation is received within 10 business days of submitting the claim, the claim will be closed until adequate photos are received. *** "

Clearly something is being missed or skipped over.
So..... maybe you should directly place an order with ideal and talk on the phone with them. They might have some suggestions or different things they can do to make sure you at least get something closer

On the good side, I know I'll get a complete refund or the correct birds at some point.
Maybe Ideal isn't able to send the correct birds though.

Then I talked to Ideal and they said they do indeed still have the birds available and they feel shipping to where I am has been going normally this year. I was assured they'd be happy to accept an order for them.But they can tell ypu that if you call and ask. They won't take the order if they know they can't send those birds out

Now I just have to decide if I really want to try again or wait a year to try again.
Think I'm going to wait. Not sure how this order got so messed up but it doesn't feel worth trying again. Dead chicks or unwanted birds...maybe next year they'll be available at a different hatchery.
