I don't always use the bubble wrap, and have only had one shipment be messed up. Also, you need to write "hatching eggs, please do not X-ray" on the box. If you don't and they are x-rayed, they're toast. It kills the embryos deader than 4 o'clock. I have shipped many many eggs this way when I had my guineas, and have shipped other more delicate eggs too. If you line the box with paper, or peanuts, and put the eggs in the center in a carton with each egg individually wrapped in a paper towel, they make it fine with no breakage. That's all the tips I have
here what I do, egg wrap a long piece around egg, tape, in box place peanuts in layer on bottom place a larger piece of wrap on peanuts place eggs side by side in rows keeping away from sides place full sheet on top more peanuts then plastic shopping bags to pack tight tape shut. fragile on box, perishable, I've only had a problem with one box but had extras in so, it was OK
my hatch rate has been very good, with shipped eggs to others, if the PO wants to X-ray it really doesn't matter what you have printed on the box, they don't care
