Shipping requirements for sending eggs to Puerto Rico?

I had a prospective buyer contact me about getting eggs shipped to PR. I have no idea what regulations, if any, are involved with this. Does anyone know? Thanks

Is the same true for the Virgin Islands. Also a US territory, only a hundred miles from Puerto Rico. My brother is down there.
