Shipping Serama eggs

That does not ensure that they are fertile. I had a trio that mated and mated and mated. The boy was of decent size, and both girls were laying, but nothing was hatching. It took until he was about a year and 3 months until I started getting babies. So until you incubate and hatch, I wouldn't advise selling your eggs.

I agree.

You can also crack open the eggs and check for a bullseye.

Even when the eggs were fertile, they were not hatching. I had 'em in the bator, and under hens, and they wouldn't hatch for a while. But yes, you can check for a bullseye. It'll prove that they're fertile, weather or not they'll develop is a different story.

A size parents have the hardest time with hatching eggs most of mine are out of small B and B, you can get small offspring with a c rooster, if you hav a A small B or B hen. and you can get all sizes no matter what size parents you have.
