I love to shoot and hunt. Mostly into military surplus lately. My go-to deer rifle is a mauser 98 rebarreled to 280 rem with a custom stock I did myself. Got a whole stable full of Mosin Nagants, Mausers and a couple of swiss straight pulls ( I highly recommend acquiring one of these while they are affordable. Relatively rare and built like everything else made in Switzerland. THEY SHOOT), and M1 Garand and a Romanian PSL SDMR. Have shot competively in NRA high-power, Trap, Skeet, Sptg clays and this summer I dabbled in IDPA handgun with my Argentine H-Power. Gave the 1500 dollar plastic guns a run for their money with a $300 milsurp last dropped in the Falklands! I load my own rifle, pistol and shotgun ammo and also stockpiled a stack of surplus commie rifle and pistol ammo when it was cheaper than reloading for plinking, practice or -whatever-. I really enjoy competetive shooting, but my favorite is still a gravel pit full of rocks and a pile of commie rifle ammo. Make some gravel!

I'm currently dabbling in hobby gunsmithing and taking on gradually more complex builds. The last few I sold at cost of parts/base rifle. The current one, a mauser 98 Turk sporter is getting the works: custom trigger, thumbhole fancy walnut stock, glass bedding, barrel shorten and re-crown, mannlicher bolt handle. This will be a gift for a family member. If anybody needs help or advice in anything gun related, I am a certified gun nut, drop me a post.

I love my garrand. Dunno what the deal is with it. Its got the british proof marks but isnt lend lease. Used on in boot camp and fell in love. Got one the week after.

I just love my Baby Glock 9. It was my husbands undercover gun. "Betsy" goes everywhere with me. I have had the fun of shooting a MP5 full auto! But the other one I like to shoot is our AR-15.

Going shooting / Target practice is always a fun time. Also like taking my Rossi .38 special

I am a very active shooter. I have been teaching Armed Security Officers for about 7 years, Basic Gun Safety and Pistol Marksmanship for 23 years and competing with either rifle or pistols since I was 14, too many years ago to count. I am mostly a pistol competitor. I fire in what is called "Bullseye" competitions. That is the same as NRA Conventional Pistol. We shoot with one hand only, at 50 yards and 25 yards. It is quite a bit of fun. You folks out there with the Ruger MKII or III's could get into the game and probably enjoy yourselves quite a bit. If anyone has any questions about shooting I will do my best to give you the correct answer and if I can not do that I will point you in the correct direction to go get the answer. Shoot Straight, Have Fun and above all BE SAFE !
