If you're the kind of person that can arm yourself for the purpose of taking someone's money, property, or your victim's life... then you have to be prepared to have your hand called and your own life taken by folks who prepare themselves for that horrible day! My daughter and I took the CWP class together and both of us have permits... In my opinion, it's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and become a statistic...
He needs to go get his CWP! (Concealed Weapons Permit)

I am glad he was able to protect his employees. Sorry the families of the dead will have to mourn, but I think he did the right thing.

In Colorado we have a Make-My-Day law so to speak that would cover such instances. It is similar to a castle law in other states.

"Guns cause crime." Yeah, right. This guy is a hero. I love daydreaming about the vast majority of citizens being armed. You would have to be suicidal to try and pull off a robbery then. Meanwhile, Chicago, with strict gun laws, is a bloodbath.
