Should I assist now?

Well I wrote this long post and nobody chimed in except one person who's hatched Mandy's who sent me a private message. He said the brown spots at the bottom of his eggs were where his had internally pipped at the wrong end and died in the shell. So is that what probably happened to my 3 eggs with brown small ends of the eggshell? I'm on day 30 of my ducks. No internal pips in the air cell, no more movement, and the one that did I be yesterday has stopped. Do I need to intervene? I thought they were just going to be late hatchets but now I'm really scared. Please read my note detailed post and tell me what to do!
