Should I be concerned duck hatch

I had a duck egg externally pip on day 25 and it's been more than 24 hours now with no additional progress, just wondering if I should be concerned or if maybe duck eggs just take a while especially being a little early to pip?

Duck eggs take a long time to hatch. Especially with it being early to pip I wouldn't be worried yet. If it hasn't done anything in the next 24 hours then it might be time to step in.
