Should I be concerned?

First time chicken mom and this is the first one to hatch with this large of a sac/umbilical cord remaining Is this part of the yolk not absorbed? Or is this normal?

That is a bit much, but I've seen it. Just leave it be while the others hatch. It might absorb a bit more of that, then the rest will dry and fall off. If it doesn't by the time they've all hatched and you take them out, and ONLY if it's dry, you can snip it off.
