Should I be concerned

Some breeds will lay almost daily, missing a day occasionally. Some breeds will lay about every other day, or every third day. What breed is she? In winter with decreased daylight hours they may take a break, but new layers may lay through the first winter.
She is a Black Sexlink. She has only missed that one day. Last Saturday. I keep thinking that the other ones should start pretty soon.

Yes, offer crushed oyster shells free choice in a separate container.
It is completely safe to offer oyster shells free choice, because only the ones who need it will take them. Keep them in a dry area. Also, you will hardly be able to tell that anyone is taking any, because they don't need much, but over time you will see that the level in the bowl is going down.

Thank you for your advice.

I started getting an egg from one of my girls on November 11, then one each day for 4 days. Nothing today. Is that normal?
The egg cycle happens every 22 hours, so the time of day she lays will be different. Most hens once they get to laying too early or too late will skip a day until their cycle is normal again. Completely fine and healthy, black sex links only lay five or six eggs a week normally.
