Should I be giving my babies niacin???

I have 6 baby buff Orphingtons and 5 baby ducks mix breed and I and new to this. They are all only about 5 days old. I was wondering about the niacin because I did have baby geese and I was told to give them niacin so I wondered if the chicks and ducks need it too??? Or is there other supplements I should be giving them???

Also I was wondering how to vaccinate them??

Ducks need niacin as well. Chickens dont need near as much. Are you feeding them the same breed? I'm sorry but I have no idea about vaccinations

Yes they are all eating unmedicated chick starter. Will the niacin hurt the chicks if I add some to the water?

If you dissolve it in water, no. The extra niacin will just be passed through the digestive system if you dissolve in water
