Should I be worried about Coco not feathering out? ANYONE?

[my first peepers]

Out of my five 7 weeks old EEs there is one that is smaller and not feathering out like the others. She seems to have as much energy as everyone else and I have observed her eating, drinking and foraging. Should I worry? Is there anything I should do for her?
As you can see in the pics her feathers are wispy and not very full around her neck/head and she still has some baby puff.

She's probably fine. Some just take longer to get their big girl feathers than others.
