@cheeka your pics are always so beautiful. My son is so disappointed when we don't get snow. I have to remind him that baseball in the snow isn't so nice. he is obsessed with baseball and down here, they can play almost year round.

One of my chicks pooped a spinach green poop !! And it's kinda weird .. Is it natural ?

It can be normal if she recently ate some green grass or leafy green vegetables, but it can also be a sign of a serious problem, especially if it was a very bright green. If you only see it once, I wouldn't worry, but if it keeps up, you may need to find out what's causing the green. Sometimes it's a nutritional deficiency.

the white one is Pauly, she's a French pure Sussex Breed , the yellow head-black is lazy Ann , she's a Sussex hybrid with o don't know what kind this one is my favorite, she's a pure French but from an unknown breed, I called her breed ' French Muslim' cause she's kinda wearing ' Hujab' on her face , and ' Hujab ' is something Muslim ladies cover their face of when they go out in public of someone don't know what am I talking about

They are pretty! If you are outside of the United States, the black hen would be an Ameraucana (or a mix, which we call Easter Eggers here). Most everywhere else, she would be part Araucana. They have the bearded faces and lay blue or green eggs like Cheeka said.

I just got home, and it's end of day 26 for Gossamer. I did the float test. they floated. so I put them back. I will give her 48 more hours.

oh and on the snow front... we are having a storm now, all day in fact... a few inches tonight and a few more for tomorrow... it's pretty, but it gets old really fast. most folks up here are cursing the skies. but... they do sell orange golf balls for those who have to be out there despite the white crap.

I am told I'm getting a divorce. While the "why" isn't clear, I am apparently not going to ever have animals again. So, I will stop trying to keep up.
