lol, she's a cutie pie MC! and more often than not, it's the simple things... I'm under 60 days on the Countdown to Mylee! I cannot wait til she arrives! 30 days vacation with Omi and a new cousin being born is all she talks about and she has already started packing little bags with the stuff she wants to bring. what a crackup...!

got my Delaware blue 1 roos and 3 hens, when I picked up the chickens I spoke to him about my one hen having a big poo on her rear, he told me he would think twice about butting her in water the way weather is, he told me if I did do that to put her head in a pillow case first, but that he would just move it slowly back and forth till it comes lose, I did that and it took no time to get it off, but boy I beat she has a sore rear from it.

that would do the trick gilcamp... but while you won't necessarily catch chickens lounging in a water filled kiddie pool, I've bathed chickens in a sink, mild warm water, they don't fuss one bit. it's just important to dry them thoroughly if you have to put them back out where it's cold.
