Lol! Mint is just a weed to this guy. He complained that all he could smell was mint after he cut it.
This morning I wanted to go back to sleep, but the sun was out, so I went to the coop. They were so quiet! They finally went out, but the rain began about an hour later.

How are the new chickens doing?

This is her first swing. She does like it. She was happier with the ropes twisted. Silly girl! She's going to love roller coasters!
The chickens are unsure about me still, and still figuring out the pecking order. I'm hopeful that they will come around soon.

I nixed motorcycle names, and decided on musicians. Reba is the only one I'm sure will keep her name. Meat Loaf is the roo, but unless his crow is worthy, it won't stick.
Maybe Roger Miller. Roger because he is BR looking.

Reba, Loretta, Shania, Miranda, and Dolly! That's scraping the bottom of my barrel for country names.

I could ask my sister, she's a real country fan, but would probably only know good rooster names.

Sheryl Crow is another, but I think I will reassign that name to one of the black ones.
Ginger Spice is a thought for the one I am calling Sheryl. I can't say I was a Spice Girls fan, but it works. I could call one Eagle. Kinda biker and music. LOL! The rooster can be Steven Tyler! He is kinda crazy looking!

Okay, so if I have a Reba, Sheryl Crow, Ginger Spice,

I'm thinking... OOH! Stevie Nicks! Celine Dion, or maybe Bonnie Tyler. All names will really have to hold off until I get to know them. They are still working out pecking order, and he hasn't even crowed.
