Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

Every time I look at that picture, I get a big smile on my face. Joy is infectious!

Cynthia, love TJs too. It seems kind of random where they open them, though. We have two in our town! Hope they make it to Utah. Start a petition!

aw thanks from me and Mylee for the lovely words. she's my little sweetheart and I'm gettin' sad... the vacation is almost over! I guess the plan is for them to take off Saturday morning. she's got a school program that starts on the 16th... but she'll go horseback riding one more time tomorrow afternoon. and we'll try to squeeze in as much stuff as we can!

we've got 3 chicks so far that I can find. lots of eggs... and fussy peckish Mamas... and so much rain we're sick of it!

Debby, yes, my photos... those are my favorite shots from yesterday... I got 4 of the butterfly that all came out, but that one was IMHO, the best. and I got several from all sides of the snapper before I carried her back to the creek.
I could see the scenery reflected in the turtles eye, so I got a macro shot of her face - took a chance of being snapped at, but she didn't do a thing until I picked her up...

neat-o huh???

Very neat-o. There are some legends of old turtle carrying the world on it's back. Kind of goes with your picture.

We are having a light rain! It's soooooo wonderful. Remnants of a hurricane down in Baja. My summer squash won't like it, but worth sacrificing a few blossoms for a tenth of an inch of rain. Now if this would just happen a few times a week for the next 5 months we'd be sitting pretty.

Yeay for your rain!
I was so tired this morning (Jaz is sick, and didn't sleep well) that instead of reaching for my coffee, I grabbed the apples with prunes baby food, and almost ate it!

Even grosser when you think about a sick baby. Snot in the mouth, so snot on the spoon...

Ugh MC. You just did me a favor cause I lost my appetite. But that's good, supposed to be eating lunch out with my dad, so skipping breakfast is wise.

Love the rain. Going out to wash my car for the first time in months!
