Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

How come half the time I come on here I get serious cravings?!

Gnawing bones is a longstanding family tradition. When we go visit grandma, she always prepares steaks with bones because she enjoys watching the boys chew on them.

Helped my sis haul a houseful of nasty carpet to the dump today and started the kitchen demo. The place should be pretty nice if it ever gets done! Now I'm looking around here and thinking hmmmm......

Haven't seen the chickens since I let them out this morning, but got 4 eggs so far. If it ever stops pouring, will go check for more.

I have bags and bags of tea lights... so many that I filled an empty coffee can with tea lights... can I find a single tea light?????? nope. but these are the ice blocks... next time I'm going to put twigs and stuff like cranberries to freeze in the ice...

4 eggs for me today, those reds are going to burn out within their first two years... shame... the rest take a day off, some more than others... but I'd rather they lay longer throughout their lives...

Been meaning to ask you if this is a fairly typical winter for you (excluding the hurricane). Are you at a relatively high altitude? Seems those low temps you have would be found much farther north.

Its amazing how well those birds can clean the bones with nothing but their beaks. The bones and ribs I use to throw away but not anymore. I been giving them bones because they take up so much room in the freezer. Trying to get rid of them first.
