Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

very cool info W4W, I have B12 and such here in the house. the B12 is a sublingual dot, so very meltable. i will get liquid children's tomorrow. it would be wonderful to be able to correct this. she's had it forever, might have waited too long to treat successfully... it's just noticeably worse in the last 2 days.

If she's had it forever, it may be something else? I've never seen Star Gazer, just read the descriptions. Still, the supplements can't hurt. Supposedly, it takes a while to see results in older chickens. Do you have a picture of her?

I think a bug zapper in the chicken coop is a great idea!

I think the chickens would like it too.

Mmm fried flies... (dreamy chicken face)

Don't forget that eating eggs is also a sign of protein and/or calcium deficiency, like when molting.
Does anyone watch Dr. Pol? 8 sheep got into about 75lbs. of corn. 3 died from eating too much.

That's right! I saw that episode about the sheep. Dummies. They're cute and all, but not known for having much in the brain department. (What does that say about Rocky's IQ?

) I wish we had a vet like Dr. Pol around here. He probably wouldn't have recommended a $3000 surgery for Belle's torn ACL. She is still on restricted activity, but will put weight on the leg now, which is good news for her chances for rehabbing it.

who's Belle?
I'm actually thinking about when I grow up, going out there to train, then coming back to where I live and starting my own practice. But it's a big MAYBE.
