Mortie, sorry about the eggs. I have been rigorously avoiding getting an incubator because I would be waaaay too obsessed and wind up with waaaaay too many chickens. From what I've read, 102 is not good in the early stages of hatching. High temps kill, and low temps slow them down. However, you don't know how long it was that high and if the egg temps actually got that high, so I would give it a bit longer.
