Peri Puppy was spayed this morning, I had a doc appt too. regular checkup. all is A-OK except he says I'm a tad underweight. but he knows I have high metabolism and since he changed one medication last year because it stopped working, I don't take anything that has a side effect of weight gain... so the weight came off. frankly, I'm pleased at this point. no extra burden on the knee...

Remember, a large percentage of women diagnosed with fibromyalgia have hyper parathyroid disease. It is easily curable with an operation and is very under diagnosed. Get your labs out, and hopefully you have a parathyroid hormone number too. See if you fall in the blue area in this chart. It is adjusted by age. The purple area is very likely to have it--75% of patient at the Florida clinic fall into that range. That is where my wife was and they removed a tumor the size of the end of her little finger. Also, this it not thyroid. The para thyroid is four completely different glands.

I woke at five something. I tried to get back to sleep, but not breathing made that difficult. I finally looked at my phone (alarm clock was on the floor. I was too lazy to pick it up when it fell last night) and it was 5:40. Not that you care that I have been up since five. Nor do you care about what I am getting at!

But!

I am going to tell you anyway!!

As much fun as Duckling had yesterday, that one field did a number on my sinuses! I am dying! I can finally breathe again, but my head, jaw and ears hurt, and a pot of coffee is not working for me.
