Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

naw just painting today. Mostly we just watch tv in there. I can't recall ever doing anything I wouldn't want my mom to see in there.

sup friends!

Finally a nice day.  I painted part of my family room.
I filled up my chicken feed containers.
I threw down some grass seed.
Hoping to test fly a kite
I put a new bridle on last night...we'll see if I have time.

You did all this in the same room. The new bridle is just kinky!

new furnace is installed, and running so quietly... it's so cool. it's a gorgeous day and I am so wiped out from digging yesterday that I just may do nothing for the rest of the day. I do want to let the bantams out... but, I may just feed and collect eggs.

I did not do that all in the same room lol.

And the bridle is not kinky sometimes you just gotta replace a bridle ya know? Keep those kites flying. This one is over 20 years old.

Grats on the new furnace, Cheek!

I had to fix the hole in the run, and thought it was going to take me forever. Why was burying James body in the vine garden, I thought about the deer netting laying there. Between that and zip ties, I had the hole fixed in no time! I really do have to tear it all down, and put up some fresh fencing. That is something I plan on tackling once the summer coop is done being built, and everyone has been moved.

thank you, that is what I got, now to put it in the coop and camper, I need to also put it right on one of the hens legs, he is the only one so far, but I have cleaned the roasts and nests real good, I am going to put it on the floors of each,

Cheeka, of course it's a beautiful day. The furnace is working now, so nothing but nice warm weather ahead!

Why do you need DE? Mites?

I am thinking that deer netting will be the way to go for the new run fence. Especially since I will be working alone.

I've got that plastic deer netting around my garden. Works great! You don't need huge heavy duty stakes to hold it up, so easy peasy.
