Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

Personally, I just see an interesting thread and post in it. I'm subscribed to sooooo many threads on here, it's ridiculous. Of course, most of them habe either gone inactive or I don't particularly care anymore but am still subscribed. But I have never read through, seen a certain name, and decided to leave. Never worry about it. Heck, I don't even notice who is in the thread usually. I just post. I know sometimes the big people can be a little intimidating and it's easier said than done but honestly, the threads and forums are here for a reason, they exist for people to post, and I also like helping people so usually try to help too sometimes. Of course, most of the posts like that have either zero answers or minimal answers so not really a concern I guess but still, I have posted in big threads too. They may have been here a while but the way I look at it, they're just another person. They've just been here a little longer, that's all. Although I must said this is the one thread that does sort of intimidate me just because you guys have all been here forever and it's basically just friends hanging out now even if it started a bit different so yeah

Granny has an open door policy, anyone who wants to come visit is more than welcome, and if you decide to stay, that's even better. After your post, she was asking about your enchilada sauce (granny doesn't like to cook), so I answered for you. It it a very fun loving and supportive group, lots of joking, we try to be sensitive, but don't worry too much about being uber PC. We have new people pop in all the time, like Banti, and some we know are reading, but only say hello once in awhile. Heck, last Christmas, those who wanted to exchanged addresses and we sent each other Christmas cards. It was great! So come on back sometime. Nobody bites and one of Twist's yak just had a calf that is the sweetest huggiest thing you've ever seen.

hi and happy Mother's day.

I had a rough day. the sun came out in the afternoon but the wind was whipping, gusting to 60 mph, so we didn't have free range. I gave everyone a good once over, because I noticed that one of my fave's, who happens to be named after my Mom... has a distended crop. it didn't seem to be emptying over the past few days, and now she has a wound from her legs rubbing against it. I have separated her, gave her strawberry tops with lots of berry meat left on... I don't think I can save her. she's not thin, but I don't know how to make a bra for her. and that wound...... I'm going to go to Agway after work tomorrow to see if I can rig her up with something, but I may have to have her put down.
