Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

thank you! it should... as long as they qualify for the mortgage they signed for... and the house passes inspection (should no problem) I could be gone by the first week of August. we spent a good part of this morning cleaning out the attic. lordy loo there was a lot of crap up there! but one full side is empty and swept. the other side has less stuff, but most of it is heavy so I sent a text to Handyman asking if he could give me a half a day to get that out. I have so much Christmas stuff... I used to really decorate heavily when I was younger but glad I still have all this beautiful stuff because of Wrangler! Oma and Wrangler are going to move with me ~ she may start school in Colorado instead of New Mexico if we hustle! but our first Christmas will be fantastic!
we have some fireworks for tonight, we'll go down the hill and light them with friends who live on the corner, Wrangler is now out with the flock, cooling off from all that hard work in that filthy hot attic!

the attic is empty! this is only half of the attic, but the whole thing is empty and swept and I set mouse traps, caught 6 so far. blech! and I bought good tubs with locking lids today, starting repacking a lot of stuff... beat now, ready for bed!

hot and humid... hard to keep moving when it's so sticky... we spent a good portion of yesterday afternoon down at the air conditioned library! they had craft day, Mylee made Japanese drums and colored, and then went to the children's reading room and played with the train set and lego's and made a few friends while playing, she's such a social butterfly! when we got home, we let the birds out for a bit, she's letting them out now as we are supposed to have thunderstorms this afternoon.
