Cheeka, good to hear bh took a turn for the better. They can be so sweet sometimes. I also have been hoping the boys would wait till spring but i think this weather has them confused. Mostly there are two that chase each other...I've not seen them run like that...prob for an hour before sparring, by then they are so tired its easy to get them apart. Just before sundown, then they roost and all is OK till the next evening. I will have to make a decision soon I think....if I wasn't there they'd prob kill each other as they just won't quit once they start. All the others are pretty much paired off now, these two are the least of the stags, imo, so......Max didn't know what to make of it all, I told him to break it up and he tried to put a paw on them and hold them down. He's smart, he knows they bite, and he knows he isn't to hurt them.
