Should I buy it??

I’m looking at upgrading my coop but simply can’t build one. I found this, and it isn’t too far away. Look okay? It’s listed at $500, is that reasonable?

I can’t tell you to buy it but I’m in the process of building my coop and run for my chicks. I’m in about $300. and your coop is much bigger and nicer looking then mine.

Call a few tow companies too. They may be able to get it on a flatbed tow truck.

I see sheds here being moved on tow trucks.

They can help load, but I’m still stuck on how to get it to me. Uhaul is too expensive and my trailer is just too small at 5x10

Do you have a Home Depot nearby? They rent trailers by the hr. Worth a shot

Talk to your local flat bed tow truck. Well, don't talk to the truck, you'll scare the driver.
I think your maximum amount of birds would be 6. Thay gives them the minimum amount of space recommended. Less birds give more space and is more desirable. Maybe you would like to max at 5 birds. Actually looks like a decent coop. Check it over for gaps and weak spots. Those are always fixable.
Considering that the cheapest 8x10 shed I could find to convert to a coop was $900, and I would have had to make alterations as well as assemble it myself and add a run, $500 for a possibly solid, preassembled coop and run sounds decent enough. Brand new coops like that one can be 2-3 Grand.

Edit: I based my thoughts about number of birds on OPs dimensions of 6x10 and guessed by looking at photos that the henhouse portion is probably 6x4. That gives 6 birds the 4sqft/bird. The run, which extends underneath the henhouse, is 6x10 which gives 6 birds 10sqft/bird.

Best idea.
Coop looks pretty good, price is nice but moving it will add to that.

flat bed, rent a trailer or disassemble and put it back together when you get home, pop the walls loose take the coop out, you can haul the roof in one piece, lots and lots of ratchet straps. I've had a guy haul off a 2500 water tank on what looked like a 6 x 6 trailer.
