I have been trying to figure out a way to travel with my"emotional support" chicken.

Lol that is very cute. I wouldn’t say $14 is “a lot of money” but whatever. It’s nobodys business what you spend your money on.
I can see this being legit for people who use chickens in educational settings, such as classrooms or similar.

I got two of these for my birthday. I've only used them a few times to be honest. Mine won't go along with the leash and evantually find a way out of it

I once did that with a rooster I had when I was around 13ish . It worked, but then again he was an extremely tame rooster

I tried it actually, but the chickens hated it and honestly everyone has dogs these days and you can’t take them on a walk without that risk. Just my opinion from my experience, anyway.
