Should I Call Him Caitlyn?

So this is Jingle Bells.
Americana and I think Brahma cross- feathered feet and all. Sorry, a bit blurry.
Born April 15 this year, so 26 weeks old. Beautiful long hackle feathers and saddle feathers, upright stance, long tail....But no crowing at all, no bumping, no hounding the ladies....So it's a rooster right? Clearly the lowest on the pecking order, so maybe that's why the lack of crowing?
Any ideas?

Oh yeah, that's a roo for sure. My silkie roo is his age and still hasn't started crowing. I have heard of roosters starting to crow as late as 11 months old.

Yup, thats a rooster. He's still young, so maybe just he's a late maturer. Do you have another, older rooster? If so, that could be the reason he is not crowing or breeding yet.

No, but I have an Americana hen that absolutely owns him. Between her and 3 Australorp hens, he's lowest on the pecking order by a ways. He's a real scaredy cat too- runs from everything.
