Should I cull or give it a chance?

Tough call. If it were my chick, I would try and save it. But that's only my opinion.

I go above and beyond when it comes to caring for the disabled. I too am for giving chances. I just see this poor little one having a very hard time.

Try giving it a chance. I saw a similar case in a youtube video , might help. Although yours is a little too severe.

Ok, last night this one hatches. Mom has three others but this was one of the two foster eggs.( the other chick is perfect) there is no left side of her head: no eye/socket, bone structure, nothing but skin and fluff and a severely crossed beak. I don't know if she has sight in her eye. She can't stand up well and moves clumsily. I'm thinking I need to cull this little one, but wanted to make sure she doesn't have a chance at a happy life. Thank you all for all of the advice. I think I'll give her till tomorrow evening/Saturday since she hatched yesterday evening. If she can't eat on her owl, ill put her down quickly. If she does eat, ill keep her beak trimmed and let her do her thing! (sorry about the pics showing twice, still learning lol)

You might want to wait longer, since chicks don’t need to eat until three days after they’re hatched.

I will thanks! She has been eating and drinking since yesterday evening. Not as much as the other three, but is doing it. She is also running around with her sisters and mama!
