Tough call. If it were my chick, I would try and save it. But that's only my opinion.

Thank you!Try giving it a chance. I saw a similar case in a youtube video , might help. Although yours is a little too severe.
Thank you all for all of the advice. I think I'll give her till tomorrow evening/Saturday since she hatched yesterday evening. If she can't eat on her owl, ill put her down quickly. If she does eat, ill keep her beak trimmed and let her do her thing! (sorry about the pics showing twice, still learning lol)Ok, last night this one hatches. Mom has three others but this was one of the two foster eggs.( the other chick is perfect) there is no left side of her head: no eye/socket, bone structure, nothing but skin and fluff and a severely crossed beak. I don't know if she has sight in her eye. She can't stand up well and moves clumsily. I'm thinking I need to cull this little one, but wanted to make sure she doesn't have a chance at a happy life. You might want to wait longer, since chicks don’t need to eat until three days after they’re hatched.Thank you all for all of the advice. I will thanks! She has been eating and drinking since yesterday evening. Not as much as the other three, but is doing it. She is also running around with her sisters and mama! You might want to wait longer, since chicks don’t need to eat until three days after they’re hatched.
