Should I cull weak, runt chick?

My vote depends on what you intend to do with your chicks. Are you raising them for laying hens/yard art or are you looking to breed them and promote the breed? If it is the former then who cares, just enjoy him but if you are looking to make the breed more and better, then definitely, cull him.
