They tend to upset my stomach...all annuum types really. The mild chinense (datil, hab) don't do that.

I can get that. I like spicy stuff. Just make sure you have lots of water!
Juice might work well too. The sweet vs the spicy.

You want something with fat in it -- milk or yogurt works better for soothing the heat.
