Beside the spices, which I don't like, I would say the beans are the bigger reason I don't like chili. Just really not a fan of beans.

I like chili a lot. I’m a vegetarian, so I can’t have meat in it. They make good veggie meat.

I like chili a lot. I’m a vegetarian, so I can’t have meat in it. They make good veggie meat.

I used to teach and we would make lunch for the whole class once a month. When we had tacos, I made a black bean taco for the children who didn't eat meat. I'm not a vegetarian and have never done such a thing. But, they loved it. Said it was the best tacos ever. Ha.
Of course they loved my French bread pizza too. Once a parent said their child loved it so much she wanted the "recipe".
I said core out some of the breading in French bread, add pizza sauce and whatever toppings you want.
It's not hard to please kids some days.
