I used to teach and we would make lunch for the whole class once a month. When we had tacos, I made a black bean taco for the children who didn't eat meat. I'm not a vegetarian and have never done such a thing. But, they loved it. Said it was the best tacos ever. Ha.
Of course they loved my French bread pizza too. Once a parent said their child loved it so much she wanted the "recipe".
I said core out some of the breading in French bread, add pizza sauce and whatever toppings you want. 😂
It's not hard to please kids some days. 😊
That sounds really good.:drool

I've eaten a whole raw jalapeno. I was a chaperone for a youth group (years before these you tube challenges) and the kids in my group refused. The youth leader refused. I was like yeah - I'll do it. 😆 That's about as crazy as it gets here. We all went out for ice cream afterwards. It helped. But, what was funny to see was all the kids who participated ran to the water faucet crying - originally they were told it was a habanero - then they continued to cry because water and oils of jalapenos don't mix. 🤣 I at least knew it was a jalapeno. But, also knew not to drink water. What helped me until I got the ice cream was a piece of gum.
Pickled Jalapeno peppers are spicer then raw.

What is a pickled jalapeño? I've had jarred ones, but not pickled. The jarred ones are just ok - not super spicy. The more red jalapeños are allowed to get the spiciet they will be especially if you eat all the seeds. 🔥
The jarred ones are pickled, here. Occasionally they'll bring tears to my eyes.
