Here's what an older group of the peachicks look like. I was told they are an IB/BS mix. The chicks are supposedly 2 1/2 weeks old and are yellow with buff colored wings. I am debating on whether or not to take a chance on these (hoping for a male/female) or wait until Oct when the older ones will be sexed and sold. What do you think? How much do white peachicks usually go for? I know that these two are exceptionally cheap. I think I paid $50 for the pair I have now.

Would I need to keep them away from my ib pair for a certain period of time? They are about a year and a half. They are driving my cochin pullets/cockerels crazy b/c they want to parent them. It's too funny to watch. My pair seem to want babies to hover over. LOL

Here is a picture of the chicks. Would it be safe to put them with my older pair? I know they should be up off the floor and preferably on wire. Would they need heat at night? Could I let them out during the day?

Yes ,saw the same add, even sent them a email for them to call me.

Great price, would wait till they are 6 months b4 putting with the others. To young to sex BS.

I'm going to go and pick these guys up today. Hopefully I'll get lucky and will get one of each but if not oh well. I have a hutch that I can put them in. They'll be in the same pen but just separated. Would that be okay? That way they will be used to each other but not together. Do they need a heat lamp on them at night? It's warm during the day but our nights have been cool. Can the be on medicated chick starter or do they need medicated game bird starter? Sorry for all the questions.

I had my two peachicks outside in their cage and my older pair came over and hovered around them. It was so cute. They were very protective of them. My bantam cochins were kind of relieved that they were no longer hovering over them. I can't wait til my pair has their own to care for.
