Should I give them more time?

I’ve never had a late hatch. If the egg doesn’t hatch on day on 21 I personally don’t think it will ever hatch. Others may have a late hatch experience. I have never seen it.

Yes 21 days is just an average. They can hatch from day 19 to day 25. Most hatch between day 21 and 23. That is why when you order from a hatchery, they give you a 3 day window.

My hatch before was 9 cockerels and 2 pullets I didn’t have quite as good luck with the last hatch of the season after this one, but the only Olive Egger ended up being a pullet and I couldn’t be more excited! Here’s one of the 11 weekers, the other is just black and boring lol

Lol you sound like you have my luck! But, this past spring, I hatched 24, and only got 3 roos! I was shocked! Just never know! Sometimes those boring black ones can turn beautiful in time with their sheen!
