Should I help baby chick hatch?

Poor little babe. Yolk was completely absorbed.

I know...It’s awful but at least I am learning from the experience.
Now I'm terrified to advise you, but I, again, would wait.... @WVduckchick what say you? I also have BCM eggs and CCL eggs in my bator and I have had trouble in the past with the BCM eggs not losing enough moisture but your marks for your air cells look right on to me. Good luck, and again others will chime in!

One thing I didn't mention before, is that many times when they start, and then stop, there is a reason. Sometimes its a deformed leg, or hip issue, or something else that nature stopped it from hatching.
But there are times when one may stop to rest, and just get glued to the membrane. So my heart tells me to help when I can, but be prepared to do whatever may be necessary.
