Should I help out this chick?

Howdy yal! I have a broody hen who is recently hatching some silkie eggs. One of the eggs externally pipped Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. The egg is making progress, and I believe it is close to hatching. Also, the chick is responding to touch and whistles, so I guess that it isn’t in distress... Basically, we are wondering when should the “red flag” go up? Should we just let nature happen on its own or help?? One of my family members is REALLY worried! Any advice is welcome!

I mean out of the incubator by out

You may want to watch it very closely now that it has been exposed to the less humid outside air from the bator. It could get shrink wrapped by taking it out of the bator.

I have to disagree. Its stuck by the membrane. Do you have any coconut oil or triple antibiotic ? It should of been out. It tried and now its dry.
