Should I help them hatch

I have a few Coturnix eggs, and they are chirping in the egg. But, it is day 21, should I help them out? Thanks for commenting!!

What temperature have you been keeping your incubator at, and is it still air or forced air?

In my opinion, as long as you are careful, helping should not be a problem

Also my temp says it is 99, but i feel like that was a little low becuase of the late hatch, will got slightly hotter next time.
