Should I intervene?

I have a hatch in progress, my first time, and the first duckling is out.

The issue is the incubator lid is lower than they are tall. My duckling can’t full stand upright though it’s trying to very hard. I’m concerned about damage to the legs of it can’t stand fully in the next 24 hours.

I’m also concerned about opening the incubator to retrieve it. This duckling is two days early. One other egg has only just started to pip.

What should I do folks? Do I quickly take the duckling out and put it under a brooder light to dry off? Give the pipped eggs a mist while I’m at it to be safe?

The ducklings aren't dried yet That's a hard one it kind of have to leave them in there so they dry up and fluff a little bit before putting them in the brooder let me find somebody to help you. @DucksAreBest can you help please.

Yes, I would take out the duckling. If you want, you could take a warm, damp towel and put it around the incubator while taking the duckling out. You could also help the duckling dry with a dry cloth.
