Should i leave a review? Adviced wanted.

Right so back in January i ordered 6 hatching eggs from 3 different breeds. The breeds being cream crested legbars, french wheaten marans and white leghorns.

On their site they had all 3 breeds hatching eggs in stock, roughly 9 working days after i was curious when the eggs would ship so i messaged them they replied that they were just starting to lay ok thats fine told them i had already ordered 3 different breeds hatching eggs and asked if it would be possible to ship them at the same time as i would perfer to incubate them all at the same time they said yes and informed me the cream crested legbars they were still waiting on them to lay. Ok thats fine no problem cant wait to get them.

Early to mid March they called me letting me know that they were shipping out my hatching eggs, great fantastic i thought and got them the next day. I did the whole put them point end down and let rest at room temp for 24hrs checked for broken ect none were broken and i was thrilled and put them to incubate after their 24hr rest period.

Fast forward to a few days in and im candling them 5 out of 6 leghorns are growing, cant tell with the marans way to dark of a egg to see anything at that stage and all 6 legbars eggs are clear im crushed wait a few more days (lil over a week at this point candle again 1 leghorn clear all 6 legbars clear and still having a hard time candling the marans

So i contacted them thanked them for well packing the eggs and shipping them quickly and using 24 hr delivery but unfortunately 100% of the legbars are candling as clear along with a single leghorn egg and i could not tell with the marans its been 7 or more working days now since i emailed them and they have not gotten back to me. I have a video of me candling them along with photos of me candling them.

Today i visted their site and they have now removed cream crested legbars from their site and still no reply i have drafted another email letting them know i have a 7 min long candling video and that i still have the eggs if they want me to video breaking them open as well.

Im going to give them a few more days to reply to the original email but if i send a second email and they dont respond should i leave their business a review? I mean they also included a print out saying if they candle clear to contact them and and they will advise of the replacement process and to please keep the infertile eggs. And to again contact them before leaving a review. But i mean its been 7 + working days since i first emailed them plus now they dont have the legbars on their site things aint sitting well for me am i being paranoid? Unreasonable?

I would if they don’t reply, that’s kind of ridiculous that they did that. I would ask for new ones and if you decide to review, post the pictures as well. I don’t think it’s paranoid or unreasonable, they should be taking responsibility for what’s happening. Good luck With the replies and the babies!

I honestly think its a bit daft as well.. just looked at their facebook page, there is a post with quite a few legbar eggs saying hatching eggs ready/for sale. Wonder how many other ppl have 100% infertile legbar eggs. These things were not cheap i paid close to $40 with shipping for just the legbars alone.

Oh my goodness! I would definitely say something because that is so stupid (excuse my language). They’re probably trying to avoid accountability.
 
When leaving your review, I would also mention the diabolical customer service and the waiting time for eggs to be shipped. Good luck
I did mind waiting however im not to impressed that they must not have checked fertility at all.
They probably can't give you replacements cause eggs from that group are all duds. They shouldn't be selling it, what there doing is unethical.
I would not mind if they offered replacements but from a different breed the have lavender Araucanas so as far as i know they lay blue eggs too.
