I would state this in the second email.....then give them another however long you decide before starting the paypal dispute.Im gonna give them til Thursday or friday and then send the second email give that 7 working days. Now i must ask would it be wrong of me to open a paypal case if i can for selling eggs that were never fertile?
I think i will, i mean i know they cant 100% guarantee fertility but they can help the odds by having fewer females to cover, a roo in their prime etc plus checking the rate themselves by cracking or harching. And to me they cant say its posts fault as no fertile egg to the best of my knowledge can go from fertile to infertile. All postal issue i have ever had was failure to thrive by 7 days of incubation and a few with severe deformities (not 100% sure if bad handle can cause but i assume if it was rattled around good enough).I would state this in the second email.....then give them another however long you decide before starting the paypal dispute.
Did the other 2 breeds develop/hatch OK...or what day is incubation on?I think i will, i mean i know they cant 100% guarantee fertility but they can help the odds by having fewer females to cover, a roo in their prime etc plus checking the rate themselves by cracking or harching. Out of the 18 eggs in total (6 from each of the 3 breeds) only 5 white leghorns and 2 french wheaten marans made it to lockdown they are day 18 or 19 now i believe and the only way i know the marans have something in them i can only see a air cell now at this point. They are due by the April 6th. I would double check in my hatch log but i think my hubby moved itDid the other 2 breeds develop/hatch OK...or what day is incubation on?
Is there a time deadline on the paypal dispute?
I dont do youtube reviews im overly conscious of the way i look and sound, i mean i know i dont have to tell them that tho and just bluff. Think then need a kick in the rear tho they are a "business" and should take reports of 100% infertile eggs seriously.Maybe you should tell them you are gonna put your review on YouTube and see if that does anything. Lots of people watch reviews and read reviews before making purchases (I am one of those people). Then if they still sit on their duff do your PayPal claim. I am ever so fond of PayPal.
