Should i leave a review? Adviced wanted.

Well i escalated the case to paypal. Im sick of dealing with this seller who cant be bothered to respond to anything, so win or lose i hope the seller gets a fine or something equally annoying at this point. I really cant recommend the seller because of whats happened with them, ill give a final update once paypal deals with it again i know its a 50/50 but if anything paypal will hopefully keep a eye on them.

Right update time.

A and J Poultry aka poultry direct responded today by paypal by counter offering me £17.98 yes ladies & gentlemen, boys & girls, they & them's. They offered me 1 cent, 1 pence less than the full price. I did take it as I no longer want to deal with them (it has been processed and sent to my payment method) and I am sure they most likely feel like they have won something by keeping 1 cent. I find it childish and unprofessional on their part but that is me.

I updated my review with them and added this info and even made a request to remove all of my details as I am sure they know who I am by now in that review update. But I did try to contact them via their contact us page on their site but when clicked it opens my gmail to send an email but with a blank email address section (good thing I have their email address eh). So I sent them an official right to erasure request email (UK trying to do things legally here). I also stated all responses need to be written preferably in an email and to not contact me by phone.

I know they sell on ebay and I will have to be careful to make sure I do not end up buying from their ebay account when I do want hatching eggs (which atm I don't have to worry about atm I just set my last lots (12 each) of frizzle brahma's and serama

I do not recommend a and j poultry aka poultry direct due to my own personal experience with them and the things I have found out that they are doing in the current bird flu lock down in the UK. I suggest you read their reviews on facebook and any place else I am sure for other people they have been fantastic but in my case they were not and I do not plan to willingly do business with them ever again.
