Should I leave the heat lamp

I have 6 that are four weeks old. Two are feathered out, and four are missing the real feathers on their neck.

I then have 6 about a week old chicks

I am in Sacramento, CA and my girls are 4 weeks old this Tuesday. I moved them out to the Coop tonight. They spent the last 2 days out in the run but I moved them back inside to the brooder at night. Tonight they are out with all doors closed up. I have the Brinsea so I am able to have that plugged in if they need the heat. I have a dropCam in there and so far they are quiet and acting normal. The coop is 73 degrees right now...

We made it through the night! The coop got down to 52 degrees but they never even went under the heat plate. I got up several times to check the camera and they were piled up together which is how they have been sleeping for the last week in the brooder. Thanks for the help!
